seven years prior to founding Kington Commercial, LLC, Mr. Kington worked in the McLean, Virginia (Tysons Corner) office of Cushman & Wakefield. His
practice focused on office and high-tech tenant representation, landlord agency, and investment sales. During
his tenure, he negotiated 76 lease transactions for over 925,000 square feet, having a total value of $88.2 million.

Prior
to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kington headed the Commercial Group of Otis Warren & Company, Inc., in Baltimore,
Md., where he provided brokerage services to such clients as NationsBank (now Bank of America), Signet Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank)
and LaVan Hawkins InnerCity Foods (dba Checkers). Before entering the commercial brokerage field, Mr. Kington
managed the corporate real estate department for USF&G Insurance Company in Baltimore, managing a portfolio of 169 leases containing
1.9 million square feet and 18 assets valued at $220 million.

Awards and Professional Activities:
Mr. Kington received a Commercial Leasing Award from the Greater Washington Commercial Association
of REALTORS® in 2000, 2001 and 2002. He is the past Chairman of the Commercial Education Committee of the Greater Baltimore
Board of Realtors. In October 2003, Mr. Kington appeared on the weekly radio program, Real Money Radio,
hosted by Deborah Owens on WEAA, 88.9 FM, the radio station of Morgan State University. As the visiting
expert, he discussed commercial real estate issues of interest to small business owners.
Licenses:
Mr. Kington is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Maryland. While at
Cushman & Wakefield, he was also a licensed real estate salesperson in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
Volunteer Activities:
In August 2004, Mr. Kington was jointly nominated
by then Baltimore City Mayor Martin O'Malley and then Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich to serve on the Baltimore
City Board of School Commissioners, on which he served until 2006. During his tenure, he chaired the Facilities
Committee that was responsible for recommending school closures. Four schools were closed and three were phased-out,
reducing school facilites by 1.2 million square feet. Mr. Kington is a past member of the Empowerment Zone "EZ
Track 2" Loan Advisory Board at the Development Credit Fund. He is also a former member of the board of directors
of the Garrison Boulevard United Neighbors Association (now the Garwyn Oaks United Neighbors Asociation).
